Operators should wear protective goggles and protective masks. Check that the variety and specifications of the grinding wheel are consistent with the performance required for the current operation. A broken wheel, even if it has only a small defect, must never be used. Check that the power supply is within the range specified by the product.
Carefully check that the power switch of the sander is turned off before plugging the power plug into the power outlet. When replacing the grinding wheel, be sure to follow the instructions carefully. Never use an electric grinder to polish aluminum, plastic, etc. The substrate can be inspected using a magnet. Never use an electric grinder to cross-polished the curved surface with a large curvature, protruding a very high surface or a very concave surface.
Never use an electric grinder to sharpen corners, wrinkles, welds, joints, or areas where plastic sealant has been applied. It is not allowed to use a coarse sand abrasive to cross-bend a very high surface at a 90° angle. This will result in deep sanding scars that will be difficult to remove later. Never allow the coarse sand abrasive to contact the surface of the finished paint near the sanding area. It is best to use tape to protect the finished coating.
Safety first, it is most important to protect your own safety during the grinding process. The above is the precautions for the grinding of wooden boxes.
